Macaroni Salad |
Ingredients 8 ounces of macaroni 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced red pepper 1/2 cup diced green pepper 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Directions Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, let cool and then place into a large bowl. Once the macaroni has cooled, add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 or 3 hours before serving. |
