7 Layer Salad

Ingredients
1 head of lettuce, cored and cut into pieces
1 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoning Salt
6 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound of bacon (cooked, drained and crumbled)
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped


Directions
Take a 9 x 13 dish and place the lettuce evenly in the bottom.
Then layer on the peas, celery and the red onion. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, sugar, sour cream and Lawry's Seasoning Salt.
Mix this together until well combined.
Then evenly spread this mixture over the top of the salad.
Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.
Cook 1 pound of bacon until crisp.
Drain the cooked bacon on paper towels and let cool.
Crumble the cooked bacon on top of the salad.
Finally, top with chopped hard boiled eggs.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
