Stovetop Chicken |
Ingredients 1, 6 ounce box Stove Top Stuffing Mix 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1, 10 1/2 ounce can cream of chicken soup 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Directions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a cookie sheet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Place Stove Top Stuffing mix into a food processor and pulse it into a fine mixture. If you do not have a food processor, place it into a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Melt the butter. Pour the melted butter over the crumb mixture. Mix until well combined. Pour the crumbs out onto a plate. In a bowl, add the cream of chicken soup and stir. Take a chicken breast and coat it in the soup. Next, dredge the chicken in the crumb mixture until evenly coated. Place chicken on your prepared cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. |
