Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns
8 oz cooked, diced ham
2, 10.5 oz cans cream of potato soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add frozen hash browns, cooked diced ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Stir together well.
Place into your prepared dish and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
