Easy Pleasing Meatloaf |

Ingredients 1 cup water 2 lbs lean ground beef 1/2 cup finely diced onions 1, 6 1/4 ounce package Stove Top stuffing mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup ketchup, divided Directions Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Take a 9 x 13 baking dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients except for 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix together well. Place the mixture into your prepared dish and shape it into an oval loaf. Evenly spread the remaining ketchup over the top. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until done. |
