Crock Pot Roast |

Ingredients 1 beef roast (3 pounds or more) 1 (1 1/4ounce) package dried brown gravy mix 1 (1 1/4ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix 1 (1 1/4ounce) package dried ranch dressing mix 1 cup water small or cubed potatoes and carrots (optional) Directions Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. (optional) Place beef roast in crock pot. In a bowl, add dried mixes and stir together until well combined. Evenly sprinkle over the roast. Pour the water around the roast. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. |
