Crock Pot Barbecue Beef

Ingredients
3 - 4 lbs chuck roast
1 can or bottle of your favorite beer
1 1/2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar


Directions
In a crock pot, add your chuck roast and beer.
Put on the lid and cook on low for 10 hours.
Drain the liquid and remove the roast.
Shred the roast with two forks.
Place the shredded meat back into the crock pot.
In a bowl, add your barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Stir together until well combined.
Pour the mixture over your shredded beef.
Stir together and heat through.
