Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions.
Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large casserole dish, add half of the chicken.
Then add the cooked broccoli.
Add remaining chicken.
In a small bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and broccoli liquid.
Pour mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
In another bowl, mix together Stove Top Stuffing and melted butter.
Sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and then bake for an additional 5 - 10 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
