Pumpkin Spice Cookies
These delicious cookies take only two ingredients and are great with cream cheese frosting!
Ingredients:
- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin
- cream cheese frosting (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.Take a cookie sheet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add cake mix and pumpkin.
Mix together until well combined.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto your prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies.
Remove from oven and let them stand on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
Delicious topped with cream cheese frosting.
