Pistachio Fudge |
Ingredients 1/2 cup roughly chopped pistachios 1, 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 3 cups powdered sugar 1 lb white almond bark 3/4 tsp vanilla 8 drops green food coloring Directions Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Roughly chop enough pistachios to make 1/2 cup and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly add powdered sugar and beat together until smooth and creamy. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white almond bark in the microwave. Add to your cream cheese mixture. Then add vanilla and green food coloring. Mix until well blended. Add chopped pistachios and stir together well. Place into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator to setup. Cut into pieces to serve. Store in the refrigerator. |
