Pistachio Fluff


This pistachio fluff is a super easy recipe that uses instant pistachio pudding to make a delicious dessert.




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 to 12 ounces whipped topping
  • 3.4 ounce package instant pistachio pudding
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

Drain maraschino cherries on paper towels.
Cut each one in half. Set aside.
Roughly chop enough pecans to make 1/2 cup. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add whipped topping and instant pistachio pudding.
Stir together until well combined.
Then add crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, pecans and maraschino cherries.
Stir together until well combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
