Peanut Butter Rocky Road Fudge


This peanut butter rocky road fudge recipe combines milk chocolate and butterscotch chips, peanut butter, mini marshmallows and peanuts to make a delicious treat.




Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

Directions:

Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
Melt in the microwave, in 20 to 30 second intervals stirring each time, until melted.
Stir together until well combined.
Then add mini marshmallows and peanuts.
Stir together until combined.
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and spread out evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator until it sets up.
Cut into squares to serve.
