Peanut Butter Fudge Pumpkins |

Ingredients 1 stick of butter red and yellow food coloring 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter 1, 16 ounce package confectioners sugar green decorating icing Directions Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside. In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add 1 stick of butter and melt in the microwave. Remove from microwave and add red and yellow food coloring until your mixture has a nice orange color. Stir together well. Then add the vanilla and stir together well. In a large mixing bowl, add your peanut butter. Pour in the butter mixture. Slowly add confectioners sugar and mix together until well combined. You may not need the entire package of confectioners sugar. Just keep adding it until you have a stiff dough to form the pumpkins. Roll the dough into small, pumpkin shaped balls and place onto wax paper. Using the side of a toothpick, press ridges down each pumpkin. Pipe on green decorating icing to make the pumpkin stems. |
