Peanut Butter Butterscotch Squares |

Ingredients 1, 11 oz package butterscotch morsels 1 cup peanut butter 1 Tbsp butter 2 cups mini marshmallows 1/2 cup flaked, sweetened coconut Directions Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, add butterscotch morsels, peanut butter and butter. Melt in the microwave. Fold in mini marshmallows and flaked, sweetened coconut. Pour mixture into your prepared pan and spread out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator to setup. Cut into pieces to serve. |
