Peach Cobbler |
Ingredients 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder pinch of salt 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 cup milk 2 small cans or 1 large can sliced peaches, drained 1/2 cup boiling water Directions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a deep, 8 x 8 baking dish and coat it well with butter. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter and milk. Mix together until well combined. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Pour the can(s) of drained peaches over the mixture. Pour the boiling water over the top. Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned. |
