No Bake Butterscotch Cookies |
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup butterscotch chips 4 cups quick oats Directions Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and then set aside. In a pan, add butter, evaporated milk and sugar. Heat over medium-high heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butterscotch chips and stir together well. Then stir in the quick oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto your prepared cookie sheet and let set up. |
