Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients
8 ounces semi-sweet morsels
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter, cut up
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup pasteurized egg product
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
For this recipe, you will need 6 ramekins that hold 6-7 ounces.
Grease ramekins well with butter and set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the semi-sweet morsels and butter.
Melt in the microwave in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Be careful not to burn it.
Remove from microwave and add flour, sugar, egg product and vanilla.
Stir together until batter is smooth.
Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for about 13 to 15 minutes.
Bake until the edges of cake are firm, but the center is still runny.
Then remove from oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
To remove, carefully run knife around the edge to loosen the cakes, then turn them over onto a plate.
Before serving, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
