Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
9-inch graham cracker pie crust
whipped cream


Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, and the cream cheese and beat until it is smooth and creamy.
Then add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.
Next, add the egg yolks and beat together well.
Finally, add the key lime juice and beat until well combined.
Pour and evenly spread the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust.
Place the pie onto a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the filling begins to set up.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Top with whipped cream to serve.
