Impossible Pie

This quick and easy dessert makes its own crust, custard filling and crispy coconut top!



Impossible Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened, flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Take a 10 inch pie plate or pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients.

Mix until well blended.

Pour the mixture into your prepared pie plate of pan.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and the center has set up.

Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
