Eggnog Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup pecans
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup eggnog
1, 12 oz package white chocolate morsels
7 oz marshmallow creme
1 tsp rum extract

Directions
Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Chop enough pecans to make 1 cup and set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, add sugar, butter and eggnog.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once it reaches a full boil, boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate morsels until melted.
Add marshmallow creme, chopped pecans and rum extract.
Stir together well.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Let it cool some and then chill in the refrigerator to setup.
Cut into pieces to serve.
