Easy Banana Ice Cream |
Ingredients Frozen banana(s) Directions It will take 1 to 2 bananas, depending on size, to make one serving. Take a ripe banana, peel it and slice it into small slices. Wrap in foil and place in freezer, preferably overnight. Once completely frozen, remove from freezer and place into a food processor or heavy duty blender. Blend to the desired consistency. You may have to stop a few times and scrape the sides and stir the mixture to make sure it is creamy. Once smooth and creamy, place mixture into a bowl to serve. |
