A quick classic, yet updated version of the sweet and tangy Cherry-Yum-Yum. Enjoy when made or days later.
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese(room temperature)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container whipped cream(thawed)
2-3 packages of graham crackers(the grouped plastic ones inside the box)
2-3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 teaspoons of sugar
1-2 cans of cherry pie filling
Directions:
Spray the 8x8 pan with the cooking spray
Take the 2-3 packages of graham crackers, and in a food processor or plastic bag, process/crumble until fine.
Add in melted butter and sugar(add more or less as needed).
Take Graham cracker mixture and press firmly into 8x8 pan, making a light crust.
Next, in a bowl, beat whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese until well blended.
Pour mixture on top of graham crackers( you don't have to use entire mixture, but just eyeball it).
Finally, dallop the can(s) of Cherry Filling on top.
Eat, or place in refrigerator so items can set and be even yummier a few hours/days later.
