Cherry Mash Bars

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup cherry chips
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup salted, Spanish peanuts


Directions
Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan, add sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
Bring this to a boil and then boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in mini marshmallows and cherry chips.
Evenly spread the mixture into your prepared pan and then set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl or dish, add chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Microwave at 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Keep checking it at each minute and stir.
Once it is melted, remove from microwave.
Add the salted, Spanish peanuts and stir together until well combined.
Evenly spread this over the cherry layer.
Let cool completely. To speed things up you may place this into the refrigerator.
Cut into squares to serve.
Store in an air-tight container.
