Candy Cane Fudge

Ingredients
3 tablespoons crushed candy canes
1, 12 ounce package white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
1, 16 ounce can vanilla frosting
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
9 drops red food coloring

Directions
Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Crush enough candy canes to make 3 tablespoons and set aside.
In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add white chocolate chips and butter.
Melt this in the microwave, in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring each time until it is melted. Be careful not to burn it.
Then add vanilla frosting and peppermint extract.
Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture into your prepared pan.
Randomly add drops of red food coloring to the top of the fudge.
Take a knife through the fudge to swirl in the food coloring.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours or until it sets up.
After it has chilled, lift the foil and the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
