- Tinting Tips: Use gel food coloring for vibrant hues without adding too much liquid to your cheesecake mixture. This ensures that the texture remains creamy and smooth.
- Crushing Oreos: For a finer texture, use a food processor to crush the Oreos. If you prefer a chunkier texture, hand crush the cookies or use a rolling pin or other heavy object.
- Piping Perfection: To get a neat look, use a piping bag with a large round tip. If you don't have a piping bag, simply use a ziplock bag and cut off one corner for an easy DIY option.
- Cookies: You can swap Oreos for any chocolate sandwich cookie if you prefer. For a twist, try using mint Oreos for an extra flavor kick.

Ingredients:
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2, 8 ounce containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
- sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Directions:
Place 20 Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag and crush them. Set aside.In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar.
Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla and one 8 ounce container of frozen whipped topping thawed.
Mix together until combined.
Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly into two bowls.
Tint one batch of cheesecake mixture purple and the other one green.
Spoon some of the Oreo cookie crumbs into the bottom of your cups.
Spoon or pipe in the purple cheesecake mixture evenly onto the cookie crumb layer.
Spoon in another layer of cookie crumbs.
Then spoon or pipe the green cheesecake mixture evenly into the cups.
When you are ready to serve, pipe on some extra whipped topping and decorate with sprinkles.
