Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
2 cups mashed raspberries
2 cups sugar



Directions
In a large bowl, mash enough raspberries to make 2 cups.
Pour mashed raspberries into a large pot (jam will double in volume once it boils).
Bring to a rolling boil and then boil for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and stir together well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour mixture into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
Keep in refrigerator or boil jars again to store.
