Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Lightly grease a griddle or frying pan with butter or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat griddle or frying pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Once the griddle or frying pan is heated, pour on some of the batter to make the size of pancake you like.
When bubbles start to appear on top of the pancake and break, flip the pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.
