Breakfast Casserole |
Ingredients 1 lb ground sausage 2 cups dry chicken StoveTop Stuffing 2 cups milk 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 6 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Directions In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and crumble. Drain off any excess liquid and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl add StoveTop Stuffing, milk, cooked sausage, onion and red bell pepper. In another bowl, whisk together 6 eggs. Pour whisked eggs over StoveTop Stuffing mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir together until well combined. Pour into your prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for 45 - 50 minutes. |
