Cherry Pie Filling Bread |
Ingredients 1 1/2 cups oil 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans Directions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take two loaf pans and grease and flour them well. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat together until well combined. In another bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Pour this into your egg mixture. Mix together until combined. Next, add the can of cherry pie filling and the chopped pecans. Stir together by hand. Evenly pour the mixture into the two prepared pans. Bake in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes. |
