Pineapple Cheese Ball


This easy to make pineapple cheese ball is sure to be a big hit at your next party!




Ingredients:

  • 2, 8 ounce, packages cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1, 8 ounce, can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, onion, green bell pepper, salt and pineapple.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Form into a ball and roll into the pecans until covered.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
