Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips


These baked chips are super easy to make and are great by themselves or served with dips or fruit salsa.

10, 6 inch flour tortillas
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 stick of butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut flour tortillas into wedges and then place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and coat the top of each tortilla wedge.
Evenly sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over tortilla wedges. You can use as much or as little as you like.
Bake in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
Store in an airtight container.
