Cornbread with Corn Casserole

  Moist and delicious casserole that is easy to throw together! Great with chili or bean soup!


2 eggs, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can of whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (14 ounce) can of cream-style corn
1 tbls sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy Cornbread mix


Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together eggs, whole kernel corn and cream-style corn.
Add sugar, margarine and Jiffy mix. Mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Bake for approximately 1 hour.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
