1 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1/3 cup honey 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons orange juice 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken into a baking dish and set aside.
In a pan, add honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, butter and rosemary.
Place over medium heat and stir together until heated through.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
