Raspberry Jam

  One of the easiest ways to make delicious, homemade raspberry jam. No Certo or SureJell needed!


2 cups mashed raspberries
2 cups sugar


In a bowl, mash enough raspberries to make 2 cups.
(Tip: Use a large pot as the jam will double in volume when it reaches a full boil.)
Pour mashed berries into large pot and heat until they reach a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour mixture into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
Keep in refrigerator or process (boil) jars again to store.
