2, 8 ounce, packages cream cheese at room temperature 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 1 tsp salt 1, 8 ounce, can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, onion, green bell pepper, salt and pineapple.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Form into a ball and roll into the pecans until covered.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
